What counts as a lead?
A company HAL has found, researched and qualified for your offer, with a named contact. Leads HAL drops during quality control do not count.
How does AI usage billing work?
Plans include no leads. You pay the AI tokens HAL uses to find, research, qualify and write, from a prepaid EUR credit balance that is separate from the plan. You see one running total, and HAL pauses when the balance reaches zero, so there are never surprise bills. Team is made for up to 200 leads a month. We watch the volume with you, and a team that runs past that moves to an Enterprise tier.
How much does the AI usage cost in practice?
It depends on how many leads HAL works through and how deep the research goes. We show you the numbers from comparable pipelines in the demo.
What is a customer inbox?
An inbox dedicated to one of your customers, €100 a month per customer with 150 mails included. It accepts mail from that customer's domain only, verified on arrival, and answers anything specific from that customer's own agreements and documents. Mail from anyone else is ignored and logged. One sender, one knowledge set: sharper answers, and nothing can leak between customers. Every inbox costs €70 to set up and €0.70 per mail beyond the included volume.
What about replies to Outreach emails?
When the inbox-agent runs on your Outreach mailbox, the replies to your approved first email are answered from your Outreach plan's credit balance. No separate inbox is needed for that.
Can I get vitr or Saga without Outreach?
Yes. Saga on its own is €100 per month plus €15 per user. vitr on its own is an Enterprise licence at €1,000 per month: a dedicated instance we run for your company alone.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Yearly billing is 20% cheaper and you can move to it at any time; the remaining month is credited.
Who pays, the user or the company?
The company. One subscription covers the seats on the plan, and the company admin manages users and credits.
